Who we are

We treat pelvic floors all day, every day.

This is NOT one-size fits all. This is NOT just biofeedback and kegels.

We ARE a specialized approach that focuses on identifying root cause, not just symptoms.

A full hour, 1-on-1 in a private room with a doctor of physical therapy specialized in the pelvic floor.

We start with a full-body, pelvic floor + orthopedic assessment.
Because your symptoms? They’re not just in your pelvis—they’re part of a bigger story.

Then we craft a plan that’s specialized for you- your body, your needs.
Hands-on treatments. Targeted exercises. Education. Progress you can feel.

The goal? Pain-free. Confident. Back to doing what you love.

Your body isn’t broken. It’s just waiting for the right care, from people who actually know pelvic floor therapy inside and out.

We’ve helped countless people who thought, “nothing could fix their symptoms”—and we can help you too!

Meet Dr. Rachael

Dr. Rachael’s passion for pelvic health was sparked by a family member’s experience with severe pelvic pain after childbirth. Witnessing the life-changing impact of pelvic floor physical therapy inspired her mission to bring awareness to often-taboo topics and support those facing pelvic pain and other pelvic floor conditions.

Dr. Rachael earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern University and has pursued extensive advanced training in pelvic health. She holds multiple certifications through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, as well as certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist (PCES). Dr. Rachael is trained in pessary fitting and has advanced education in men’s pelvic health, allowing her to provide comprehensive care for both women and men.

Dr. Rachael utilizes a combination of hands on manual therapy, dry needling, patient education, and personalized home programs to help her patients achieve their goals. Some of the diagnoses she enjoys treating include dyspareunia, interstitial cystitis, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and all forms of pelvic pain.

Above all, her goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where there is no such thing as TMI

When she is not treating patients Rachael enjoys being outdoors, working out with her husband and exploring local farmer’s markets
